Sereinora is an independent brand and project.

These Terms govern use of Sereinora's services where applicable.

Sereinora Services

Sereinora develops original sonic and audiovisual experiences.

YouTube API Services

Sereinora uses Google OAuth and YouTube API Services to publish explicitly approved Sereinora audiovisual content and retrieve authorized YouTube channel, video and analytics information.

By using functionality involving YouTube API Services, the user also agrees to be bound by YouTube's Terms of Service.

Sereinora is independent from Google and YouTube and does not represent that Sereinora is endorsed by Google or YouTube.

Authorization and User Control

Access to Google and YouTube information occurs through Google's OAuth authorization mechanisms and only within permissions granted by the authorizing user.

YouTube publishing actions require explicit authorization by Sereinora.

The authorizing user retains final control over content submitted for publication and applicable YouTube visibility settings.

Authorization may be revoked through Sereinora's Revoke YouTube Access control or independently through Google's account security and third-party access settings.

Revoking authorization or deleting data stored locally by Sereinora does not delete videos or other content stored by YouTube.

Privacy

Sereinora's handling of Google and YouTube API data is described in the Sereinora Privacy Policy.

Use of Sereinora functionality involving YouTube API Services requires acceptance of the applicable Privacy Policy and these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Except where expressly agreed otherwise, Sereinora retains its rights in its audiovisual materials, music, branding and other proprietary materials to the extent those rights exist under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Sereinora intellectual property to another party.

Acceptable Use

Sereinora's services may not be used unlawfully, to circumvent platform restrictions, interfere with third-party services, gain unauthorized access to information, or violate applicable Google or YouTube policies.

Availability and Changes

Sereinora may modify, suspend or discontinue functionality where reasonably necessary for operational, security, legal or platform-compliance reasons.

Google and YouTube may independently modify, restrict or discontinue their services, APIs or access requirements.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sereinora is not responsible for losses caused solely by third-party platform outages, restrictions, modifications or actions outside Sereinora's reasonable control.

Changes to These Terms

Sereinora may update these Terms when its services, integrations or legal obligations change.

The current version and its effective date will remain available on this page.

Applicable Law

These Terms are subject to applicable law. Any mandatory legal protections and jurisdictional rules remain unaffected.
